Team Leader (Front of House & Back of House)

Restaurant Team Leaders are responsible for leading our incredible Team Members on a daily basis to execute a smooth operation that brings a positive influence to the lives of our guests and our team. This ensures that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. This should include a pleasant greeting, accurately taking of orders, adherence to production procedures, fulfilling orders accurately, delivering the food in a timely manner, staying connected with guest while dining, and sending the guest away with a warm salutation. Team Leaders are expected to coach and develop our team and hold them accountable so we are accomplishing our goal of being the most caring business in Indianapolis.

  • Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
