Our Director of Sales & Brand Growth is more than just a marketing director. This role is for someone that wants to help further our mission and vision into the community of Indianapolis. This would include overseeing/growing catering sales, overseeing the social media accounts, organizing events in the community, managing our guest relations and recovery systems, and assisting in operations. Goals would include sales growth on inside sales, outside sales, catering, and app sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Overseeing Social Media Accounts
  • Working in operations 40% of the time
  • Oversee catering & outside sales operations
  • Organize events and giveaways to connect with the community
  • Oversee guest connection and recovery systems
  • Connecting with team daily to engage them in the community

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Experience:

  • College Degree (Marketing is preferred)
